Susanne Mayo serves as a House Parent of Danielle Inn.
Susanne was professionally employed throughout her adult life culminating into owning her own successful furniture consignment business for many years. In 2012, after selling her business and experiencing a series of personal crises, Susanne turned to Christ and refocused on a new burning desire to serve others.
She attained her EMT certification certain she was called to tend to the sick. God, however, had other plans. In January 2014, she answered the call that would change her life. Susanne became a house parent at Danielle Inn and finally felt she was home. “My hope” she says, “is to love these girls as Christ does; unconditionally.”
Susanne is a divorced mother of 2 grown men and a grandmother of 3 grandchildren.
